Le Dr Gylian Mein, infirmier en chef, qui dirige le programme, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que les objectifs sont de soutenir les infirmi\u00e8res nouvellement dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es qui entrent dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9 et de relever les d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s par celles qui d\u00e9butent dans le domaine.<\/p>\n<p>La formation reconna\u00eet des obstacles tels que le manque de confiance et une exp\u00e9rience clinique limit\u00e9e, dans le but de combler les lacunes, d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les comp\u00e9tences cliniques et de favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel, selon le Dr Mein. Les infirmi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es acqui\u00e8rent les comp\u00e9tences et les connaissances n\u00e9cessaires pour devenir des mentors efficaces pour les infirmi\u00e8res nouvellement dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es, facilitant leur transition en douceur vers l&rsquo;environnement clinique.<\/p>\n<p>Elsia Sinon, infirmi\u00e8re principale des soins hospitaliers, a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 ceux qui ont termin\u00e9 le programme et a not\u00e9 que le minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 avait pris une mesure pionni\u00e8re en favorisant la croissance et le d\u00e9veloppement professionnels en dirigeant cette formation. En tant que mentors, les infirmi\u00e8res guident et supervisent les infirmi\u00e8res moins exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es, facilitant ainsi leur d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Cette relation de soutien offre d\u2019\u00e9normes opportunit\u00e9s de croissance et peut \u00eatre men\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re formelle ou informelle. L&rsquo;importance du mentorat en soins infirmiers comprend la possibilit\u00e9 de mettre le mentor\u00e9 et le mentor au d\u00e9fi de penser diff\u00e9remment tout en envisageant les domaines
