Cette initiative, soutenue par l&rsquo;Agence Fran\u00e7aise de D\u00e9veloppement (AFD), vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les services de sant\u00e9 dans cet \u00c9tat insulaire.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019assembl\u00e9e voit la pr\u00e9sentation et la validation du rapport d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution du 2\u1d49 semestre 2023, des plans de travail budg\u00e9tis\u00e9s annuels ainsi que de la passation de march\u00e9s pour 2024. Le bilan r\u00e9cent du projet ODS enregistre des progr\u00e8s significatifs dans les travaux d&rsquo;infrastructures prioritaires. En d\u00e9cembre 2023, le comit\u00e9 lance l&rsquo;acquisition d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements biom\u00e9dicaux et octroie une radiologie fixe au centre hospitalier r\u00e9gional de l&rsquo;\u00eele de Hombo.<\/p>\n<p>Le recrutement d&rsquo;un bureau de la ma\u00eetrise d&rsquo;\u0153uvre du programme de r\u00e9habilitation et d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement des h\u00f4pitaux cibles se poursuit. Selon l&rsquo;ambassadeur fran\u00e7ais Sylvain Riquier, les \u00e9tablissements cibl\u00e9s sont les Centres Hospitaliers R\u00e9gionaux Insulaires (CHRI) de Hombo et Fomboni, ainsi que les H\u00f4pitaux de Proximit\u00e9 (HP) de Domoni, Foumbouni, et Mitsamiouli.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, l&rsquo;AFD mobilise un financement compl\u00e9mentaire de 7 millions d&rsquo;euros pour pallier les surco\u00fbts sur les mat\u00e9riaux de construction. Cela permettra de subventionner des projets initialement \u00e9cart\u00e9s faute de moyens, notamment la construction d&rsquo;un p\u00f4le m\u00e8re et enfant. Cette infrastructure vise \u00e0 offrir des conditions d&rsquo;accouchement optimales en termes de confort, d&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Le comit\u00e9 de pilotage pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement un volet de formation continue afin de faciliter l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des services de soins abordables et de
