Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une collaboration \u00e9troite entre la structure BPC et le projet PIC pour d\u00e9ployer ce projet, avec l\u2019appui technique des agents de la Banky foiben\u2019i Madagasikara (BFM).<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 quelques retards, le projet, initialement pr\u00e9vu pour \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnel en 2021 puis en 2022, sera finalement r\u00e9alis\u00e9. Le minist\u00e8re du D\u00e9veloppement num\u00e9rique, de la transformation digitale, des postes et des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications (MNDPT) annonce dans son Plan strat\u00e9gique du num\u00e9rique (PSN) 2023-2028 que <b>25 %<\/b> des instituts financiers seront reli\u00e9s au Switch national cette ann\u00e9e. Puis, <b>100 %<\/b> de ces structures seront interconnect\u00e9es d\u2019ici 2028.<\/p>\n<p>Ce m\u00e9canisme centralis\u00e9 est con\u00e7u pour faciliter les transactions \u00e9lectroniques entre les diff\u00e9rents acteurs du syst\u00e8me financier malgache. Son r\u00f4le est d\u2019acheminer, traiter et s\u00e9curiser les paiements \u00e9lectroniques effectu\u00e9s par les entreprises, les banques, les \u00e9tablissements de monnaie \u00e9lectronique,
