Pour le premier semestre clos le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2023, le Groupe CIEL enregistre un chiffre d’affaires de 17,8 milliards MUR, soit 390 millions USD.<\/b><\/p>\n

Compar\u00e9 \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode en 2022, le chiffre d’affaires du groupe diminue de 2 %<\/b>, principalement en raison du ralentissement du secteur Textile. Son b\u00e9n\u00e9fice avant int\u00e9r\u00eats, imp\u00f4ts, d\u00e9pr\u00e9ciation et amortissement (EBITDA) affiche une hausse de 27 %<\/b> pour atteindre 90 millions USD<\/b>, avec une marge b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de 22,9 %<\/b>. Cette progression s’explique par les performances des secteurs de l’H\u00f4tellerie et de la Finance, ainsi que par un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de 7,9 millions USD<\/b> r\u00e9sultant de la cession de biens immobiliers. Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice apr\u00e8s imp\u00f4ts augmente de 37 %<\/b>, atteignant 59 millions USD<\/b>, tandis que le flux de tr\u00e9sorerie disponible s’\u00e9tablit \u00e0 39 millions USD<\/b>. La dette nette portant int\u00e9r\u00eats du Groupe se chiffre \u00e0 262 millions USD<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration notable du tarif journalier moyen, le chiffre d’affaires du CIEL Hotels & Resorts enregistre une hausse de 10 %<\/b>. Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice apr\u00e8s imp\u00f4t augmente de 37 %<\/b>, tandis que l’EBITDA atteint 32 millions USD<\/b>. La branche Textile enregistre un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice apr\u00e8s imp\u00f4t de 72 000 USD<\/b>, mais son chiffre d’affaires diminue de 15 %<\/b>. Ciel Finance Limited affiche une croissance robuste, avec un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net d’imp\u00f4t de 172 000 USD<\/b>, une hausse de 12 %<\/b> du chiffre d’affaires et une augmentation de 59 %<\/b> de l’EBITDA.<\/p>\n

CIEL Healthcare Limited voit son b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net d’imp\u00f4t baisser de 10 %<\/b> en raison de co\u00fbts op\u00e9rationnels \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Son chiffre d’affaires progresse de 20 %<\/b> et l’EBITDA atteint 93 000 USD<\/b>. Ciel Immobilier enregistre un EBITDA de 405 millions MUR<\/b> (89 000 USD<\/b>) et une augmentation de 6 %<\/b> du chiffre d’affaires.
