Tandis que d\u2019un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, le nombre de naissances ne cesse de cro\u00eetre. De fait, plusieurs patientes viennent sans un suivi de grossesse r\u00e9gulier avant l\u2019accouchement.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, le recrutement de personnel de sant\u00e9 qualifi\u00e9 devient un imp\u00e9ratif pour offrir une prise en charge r\u00e9glementaire. Le Dr. Serhal, responsable du service gyn\u00e9co-obst\u00e9trique du CHM, insiste sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019embaucher du personnel m\u00e9dical exp\u00e9riment\u00e9, notamment form\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019obst\u00e9trique. N\u00e9anmoins, ces recrutements sont de plus en plus difficiles, notamment dans le contexte s\u00e9curitaire qui r\u00e8gne sur l\u2019\u00eele.<\/p>\n<h2>Sages-femmes attendues en janvier<\/h2>\n<p>Le recrutement de sages-femmes demeure une priorit\u00e9 pour pallier le manque dans les maternit\u00e9s de Mayotte. <b>D\u00e9but 2024, pr\u00e8s de 20 sages-femmes sont attendues, suivies d\u2019une quinzaine au mois de f\u00e9vrier<\/b>. Le Dr. Serhal \u00e9voque la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de trouver des voies et moyens pour assurer la qualit\u00e9 des services. La crise de l\u2019eau qui s\u00e9vit actuellement sur l\u2019\u00eele contribue aussi \u00e0 rendre Mayotte moins attrayante pour les praticiens m\u00e9tropolitains.
