Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019une garde effectu\u00e9e par un assistant maternel agr\u00e9\u00e9 ou une garde d\u2019enfants chez soi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 Mayotte, recourir aux professionnels agr\u00e9\u00e9s pour faire garder son enfant demeure une pratique peu r\u00e9pandue Ainsi, on recense seulement 50 assistants maternels agr\u00e9\u00e9s, parmi lesquels 6 travaillent sur le territoire. Le programme CMG permet donc une flexibilit\u00e9 aux couples dans le choix du mode de garde pour leurs enfants. <b>L\u2019extension des prestations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, inscrite dans l\u2019ordonnance n\u00b0 2021-1553 du 1er d\u00e9cembre 2021, autorise d\u00e9sormais les familles mahoraises \u00e0 recourir au CMG<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h3>Conditions pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de cette aide <\/h3>\n<p>Dans les faits, <b>le Compl\u00e9ment de libre choix de mode de garde (CMG) est une assistance de la Prestation d\u2019Accueil du Jeune Enfant (PAJE) vers\u00e9e par la Caisse des Allocations familiales (CAF)<\/b>. Cette assistance concerne la garde d\u2019enfants de moins de 6 ans, et prend en charge une partie des d\u00e9penses sous conditions de ressources.<\/p>\n<p>Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du CMG, le couple doit avoir un enfant de moins de 6 ans \u00e0 leur charge, et recourir \u00e0 un assistant maternel ou une garde d\u2019enfants \u00e0 domicile. Par ailleurs, les parents devront \u00e9galement exercer une activit\u00e9 professionnelle tout en respectant le plafond journalier de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence par enfant gard\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de l\u2019assistant maternel.<\/p>\n<p>La demande peut \u00eatre adress\u00e9e en ligne sur la plateforme de la Caisse des allocations familiales (CAF). Les parents int\u00e9ress\u00e9s peuvent aussi prendre rendez-vous aupr\u00e8s de la Caisse de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sociale de Mayotte (CSSM) pour un accompagnement dans leurs
