Rapport final pour l\u2019adoption formelle \u00e0 la CM13<\/h2>\n

Le 9 janvier 2024, les repr\u00e9sentants de l’Organisation Mondiale du Commerce (OMC) se sont mis d\u2019accord sur les conditions d’int\u00e9gration des Comores. Le rapport final sera officiellement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 lors de la 13\u1d49 Conf\u00e9rence Minist\u00e9rielle (CM13) de l’OMC pr\u00e9vue du 26 au 29 f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 Abu Dhabi.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le Groupe de travail sur l’adh\u00e9sion des Comores \u00e0 l’OMC a tenu sa derni\u00e8re r\u00e9union en vue d’adopter les modalit\u00e9s d’adh\u00e9sion du pays. La r\u00e9union s’est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sence de la Directrice G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l’OMC, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, des membres de l’organisation ainsi que du Ministre des Postes, des T\u00e9l\u00e9communications et de l’\u00c9conomie num\u00e9rique, Kamalidine Soeuf.<\/p>\n

L’adh\u00e9sion des Comores \u00e0 l’OMC permettra au pays de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des r\u00e8gles commerciales internationales \u00e9tablies par l’organisation. Le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’OMC affirme que cette accession est \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour l’organisation. Les Comores sont membres de l’Union Africaine, de la Francophonie et de la Ligue arabe. En tant que tel, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala approuve de l’int\u00e9gration de cet \u00c9tat insulaire \u00e0 l’OMC lors de la CM13 aux \u00c9mirats arabes unis.<\/p>\n

Cela fait 17 ans que ce gouvernement a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 sa demande initiale d’accession \u00e0 l’OMC. \u00ab J’esp\u00e8re qu’\u00e0 l’avenir, nous pourrons faire mieux et aller plus vite, car 22 pays souhaitent acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l’organisation <\/i>\u00bb, exprime le DG. Cependant, d\u00e9fendre ses int\u00e9r\u00eats et objectifs nationaux \u00e0 l’OMC n’est pas une t\u00e2che facile. Pour sa part, Kamaldini Souef exprime que l’accession des Comores \u00e0 l’OMC n’est pas une fin en soi, mais le d\u00e9but d’un autre projet plus ambitieux. \u00c0 savoir, moderniser la gestion financi\u00e8re de l’administration publique afin de la conformer aux engagements pris pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l’OMC.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
