Celle-ci accompagne la mise en place progressive d\u2019une unit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux r\u00e8gles d\u2019origine. En effet, l\u2019administration douani\u00e8re cherche \u00e0 renforcer les comp\u00e9tences techniques de ses agents. L\u2019institution\u00a0 veut mieux encadrer les \u00e9changes commerciaux et r\u00e9pondre aux exigences des accords internationaux.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e8gles d\u2019origine permettent d\u2019identifier le pays de fabrication d\u2019un produit et de d\u00e9terminer les avantages tarifaires applicables dans les \u00e9changes commerciaux. Dans le cadre de la ZLECAf, leur bonne ma\u00eetrise facilite les \u00e9changes entre les pays africains et renforce l\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00e9conomique du continent.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant la formation, les participants \u00e9tudient des cas pratiques. Les agents analysent \u00e9galement les processus de production et visitent des entreprises. Ces activit\u00e9s les aident \u00e0 mieux comprendre la certification de l\u2019origine des marchandises et le contr\u00f4le des op\u00e9rations commerciales.<\/p>\n<p>Le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Douanes, Antoine Randrianjafy, souligne que cette initiative accompagne la modernisation de l\u2019administration douani\u00e8re. Cette derni\u00e8re contribue \u00e9galement au renforcement des comp\u00e9tences techniques des agents et am\u00e9liore l\u2019appui apport\u00e9 aux op\u00e9rateurs
