Hadawa b\u00e9tonne sa route<\/b><\/h2>\n

Au total, 73,5 millions de francs comoriens (173\u202f000 USD) sont investis pour b\u00e9tonner la route qui relie le carrefour de Hadawa \u00e0 la route nationale de Membwambwani.<\/b><\/p>\n

Ce projet constitue la priorit\u00e9 du Comit\u00e9 des jeunes pour le d\u00e9veloppement de Hadawa (Cjdh), dirig\u00e9 par Tadjidine Soilihi. Samedi 28 mars, malgr\u00e9 la pluie, les jeunes de Hadawa et de Membwambwani ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la derni\u00e8re portion des travaux. Les notables du village \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents pour observer et soutenir les \u00e9quipes, tandis que les femmes pr\u00e9paraient les repas et encourageaient les travailleurs.<\/p>\n

Le tron\u00e7on final mesure 800 m\u00e8tres de longueur et 5,5 m\u00e8tres de largeur, avec des trottoirs de 90 cm et des canaux pour l\u2019\u00e9vacuation des eaux. Le projet se d\u00e9roule en deux phases : la premi\u00e8re, du carrefour jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la place publique, a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9e \u00e0 une entreprise locale pour 23,5 millions de francs. La seconde, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la route nationale, est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par les jeunes pour 50 millions de francs.<\/p>\n

Le Cjdh ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas l\u00e0. D\u2019autres projets sont en cours, comme l\u2019installation de lampadaires solaires, la finition du foyer, la construction d\u2019un stade et l\u2019achat d\u2019un camion-citerne pour distribuer de l\u2019eau potable. Les lampadaires solaires seront install\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un contrat avec Mestou Box \u00c9nergie, pour 5 millions de francs, avec une garantie d\u2019un an. La finition du foyer devrait co\u00fbter 7 millions de francs et se terminer avant la fin du mandat en juin prochain.<\/p>\n

Tadjidine Soilihi souligne l\u2019importance de l\u2019engagement collectif. \u00ab Si nous r\u00e9ussissons, c\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la notabilit\u00e9, aux femmes et surtout \u00e0 la diaspora, qui nous soutient sans rel\u00e2che<\/i> \u00bb a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9. Les financements proviennent des contributions locales, de la diaspora, de la vente d\u2019eau et des actions de mobilisation des jeunes. Le comit\u00e9 pr\u00e9voit un vote de mobilisation de fonds d\u00e8s le 11 avril.<\/p>\n

Idrisse Papa Mohamed, charg\u00e9 de communication, explique que les travaux avancent malgr\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s et sans aide ext\u00e9rieure. \u00ab Nous avons travaill\u00e9 m\u00eame pendant le Ramadan, parfois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 4 heures du matin.
