D\u2019apr\u00e8s un rapport publi\u00e9 par France Travail, la DARES et la pr\u00e9fecture de Mayotte, 20 110 personnes \u00e9taient inscrites \u00e0 France Travail \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025, hors parcours social et attente d\u2019orientation. Parmi elles, 15 110 n\u2019avaient aucun emploi (cat\u00e9gorie A) et 3 055 exer\u00e7aient une activit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite (cat\u00e9gories B et C).<\/p>\n<p>Le nombre de demandeurs d\u2019emploi totalement sans activit\u00e9 diminue l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, de 0,5 % sur le trimestre et de 4 % sur un an. En revanche, si l\u2019on regarde l\u2019ensemble des cat\u00e9gories A, B et C, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire toutes les personnes tenues de rechercher un emploi, on observe une hausse de 1,7 % sur le trimestre. Cela montre que la situation reste fragile.<\/p>\n<p>Les chiffres varient aussi selon les \u00e2ges. Chez les jeunes de moins de 25 ans, le nombre d\u2019inscrits augmente de 1,6 % sur le trimestre. Pour les 25 \u00e0 49 ans, la hausse est de 1,7 % sur le trimestre, mais le nombre recule sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Chez les plus de 50 ans, la tendance est similaire : +1,9 % sur le trimestre, mais une baisse de 1,5 % sur un an. Ces \u00e9carts montrent que les jeunes et les seniors ont plus de mal \u00e0 trouver des emplois stables.<\/p>\n<p>Le ch\u00f4mage de longue dur\u00e9e reste \u00e9galement une pr\u00e9occupation majeure. Pr\u00e8s de 30 % des demandeurs d\u2019emploi sont inscrits depuis un an ou plus, une part en nette hausse. Ces personnes rencontrent souvent plus de difficult\u00e9s pour retrouver un poste, surtout dans un contexte o\u00f9 les emplois propos\u00e9s sont souvent temporaires ou saisonniers.<\/p>\n<p>Les flux d\u2019entr\u00e9es et de sorties \u00e0 France Travail indiquent un march\u00e9 du travail encore instable. Les nouvelles inscriptions baissent de 3,6 % sur le trimestre, mais augmentent de 36,8 % sur un an. La r\u00e9forme du plein emploi, entr\u00e9e en vigueur en 2025, a aussi chang\u00e9 la donne, notamment avec l\u2019inscription automatique des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires du RSA et des jeunes en
