Cette diversit\u00e9 constitue un v\u00e9ritable atout strat\u00e9gique pour les entreprises locales, notamment dans la zone oc\u00e9an Indien.<\/p>\n<p>Le Medef a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une feuille de route centr\u00e9e sur la solidit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique. \u00ab <i>L\u2019objectif est de transformer une r\u00e9silience subie en robustesse volontaire, r\u00e9duire les fragilit\u00e9s structurelles, cr\u00e9er davanta<\/i>ge de valeur sur le territoire et d\u00e9velopper les \u00e9changes avec l\u2019Hexagone, l\u2019Europe et les pays voisins \u00bb a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Kathy Hoarau, l\u2019humain reste le moteur principal de l\u2019\u00e9conomie. Cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est essentielle pour valoriser les comp\u00e9tences locales et de renforcer la capacit\u00e9 des entreprises \u00e0 collaborer avec diff\u00e9rents partenaires. La diversit\u00e9 culturelle devient ainsi un avantage concret, permettant aux entreprises r\u00e9unionnaises de mieux se positionner au niveau r\u00e9gional et international.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, le d\u00e9partement souhaite passer de l\u2019analyse \u00e0 l\u2019action. Un think tank sera relanc\u00e9 pour produire des propositions concr\u00e8tes, adapt\u00e9es aux besoins du territoire, dans des secteurs strat\u00e9giques tels que l\u2019\u00e9nergie, l\u2019agroalimentaire ou la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, l\u2019organisation mise sur l\u2019ouverture r\u00e9gionale. L\u2019approche sera progressive, allant de Maurice et Mayotte jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Est, l\u2019Inde et l\u2019Asie.
