{"id":102631,"date":"2026-01-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-11T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.capmad.com\/news\/%news-category%\/la-bad-reaffirme-son-appui-aux-seychelles\/"},"modified":"2026-01-12T11:01:51","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T08:01:51","slug":"la-bad-reaffirme-son-appui-aux-seychelles","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.capmad.com\/fr\/news\/economie-fr\/la-bad-reaffirme-son-appui-aux-seychelles\/","title":{"rendered":"La BAD r\u00e9affirme son appui aux Seychelles"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>Le Pr\u00e9sident Herminie re\u00e7oit le Directeur ex\u00e9cutif de la BAD \u00e0 State House<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>L\u2019\u00e9valuation de la performance \u00e9conomique des Seychelles est au centre du partenariat entre le gouvernement et la Banque africaine de d\u00e9veloppement (BAD).<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Le 8 janvier 2026, le Pr\u00e9sident Dr. Patrick Herminie a re\u00e7u \u00e0 State House Ronald Cafrine, Directeur Ex\u00e9cutif de la BAD, pour discuter du renforcement de la coop\u00e9ration et du soutien au d\u00e9veloppement durable du pays.<\/p>\n<p>La rencontre a permis d\u2019analyser la situation \u00e9conomique actuelle et de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux moyens de renforcer la r\u00e9silience du pays face aux d\u00e9fis mondiaux. Les deux parties ont aussi \u00e9voqu\u00e9 la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019un meilleur acc\u00e8s au financement pour le secteur priv\u00e9. Selon\u00a0Cafrine, il est essentiel d\u2019informer davantage les entreprises et les institutions locales sur les opportunit\u00e9s offertes par la Banque afin qu\u2019elles puissent en tirer pleinement profit.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre point important de la discussion a port\u00e9 sur la pr\u00e9paration d\u2019un nouveau cadre de partenariat entre la BAD et les Seychelles. Ce document strat\u00e9gique, \u00e9labor\u00e9 sur cinq ans, servira de guide pour orienter les futurs projets de d\u00e9veloppement en fonction des priorit\u00e9s nationales et du budget 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Le Directeur Ex\u00e9cutif a rappel\u00e9 que la Banque apporte actuellement un appui budg\u00e9taire sous forme de pr\u00eat, accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une assistance technique pour la mise en \u0153uvre des politiques publiques. Ce dernier a toutefois soulign\u00e9 que, du fait du statut de pays \u00e0 revenu \u00e9lev\u00e9 des Seychelles, l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 de grandes subventions reste limit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le Pr\u00e9sident Herminie a salu\u00e9 la qualit\u00e9 de la coop\u00e9ration avec la BAD et a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 Cafrine pour sa nomination au conseil d\u2019administration de la Banque, o\u00f9 il repr\u00e9sente la circonscription de l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Est. Le Chef de l\u2019Etat a \u00e9galement exprim\u00e9 la fiert\u00e9 du pays de voir un Seychellois occuper une fonction de haut niveau dans une institution
