M\u00eame si le PIB a progress\u00e9 de 3,2 %, l\u2019\u00e9conomie reste fragile face \u00e0 un commerce ext\u00e9rieur d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9, selon les donn\u00e9es disponibles fin 2025 de l\u2019Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OCDE).<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Au fil de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, le solde commercial a enregistr\u00e9 des chiffres pr\u00e9occupants. En juin, le d\u00e9ficit a atteint Rs 19,1 milliards (424,4 millions USD), avec Rs 28,4 milliards d\u2019importations pour seulement Rs 9,3 milliards d\u2019exportations. En octobre, cette situation s\u2019est aggrav\u00e9 \u00e0 Rs 22,1 milliards, son niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 sur dix mois. Une l\u00e9g\u00e8re am\u00e9lioration a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9e en juillet, avec un d\u00e9ficit ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 Rs 14,5 milliards.<\/p>\n<p>La situation s\u2019explique principalement par la forte d\u00e9pendance aux importations, en particulier pour les denr\u00e9es alimentaires, combustibles et machines. Les exportations, elles, peinent \u00e0 retrouver leur dynamisme. Les secteurs traditionnels: textile, sucre, produits de la mer\u00a0 restent affect\u00e9s par la concurrence internationale et les co\u00fbts de production. Le tourisme et les services num\u00e9riques compensent partiellement, mais leur contribution reste limit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ce d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre, l\u2019\u00c9tat parvient \u00e0 renforcer ses recettes fiscales. Les taxes sur les produits ont rapport\u00e9 Rs 105,7 milliards, soit une hausse d\u2019environ 12 % par rapport \u00e0 2024. Cette progression refl\u00e8te la vitalit\u00e9 de la consommation int\u00e9rieure et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me fiscal, mais souligne aussi la d\u00e9pendance aux importations.<\/p>\n<p>Deux points pr\u00e9occupent particuli\u00e8rement : la dette publique, estim\u00e9e \u00e0 89,3 % du PIB, et la baisse de l\u2019investissement priv\u00e9, qui freine la relance \u00e9conomique.
