Cette d\u00e9cision fait suite \u00e0 la saturation des stocks, aussi bien sur le march\u00e9 local qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019international. L\u2019objectif est de permettre aux acteurs de la fili\u00e8re de n\u00e9gocier librement leurs prix selon la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du march\u00e9.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00e9viter toute baisse excessive pouvant fragiliser la fili\u00e8re, le minist\u00e8re a fix\u00e9 des prix de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l\u2019exportation : 15 USD le kilo pour la poudre de vanille, 25 USD pour la vanille rouge et 50 USD pour la vanille noire Gourmet. Ces tarifs ne sont pas obligatoires, mais servent de rep\u00e8res. Les produits vendus en dessous de ces montants ne pourront toutefois pas \u00eatre export\u00e9s. Les exportateurs sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier leurs transactions afin d\u2019\u00e9viter toute vente \u00e0 perte ou erreur de d\u00e9claration fiscale.<\/p>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, le Minist\u00e8re du D\u00e9veloppement industriel et du secteur priv\u00e9 (MIDSP) pr\u00e9pare un projet de loi pour mieux valoriser les produits embl\u00e9matiques des r\u00e9gions malgaches, en partenariat avec l\u2019Office malgache de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 industrielle (OMAPI). L\u2019id\u00e9e est de renforcer la valeur ajout\u00e9e des produits locaux, aussi bien sur le march\u00e9 national qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs produits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s : le poivre rouge de Bongolava, le caf\u00e9 arabica d\u2019Itasy, le cacao d\u2019Ambanja et le riz parfum\u00e9 d\u2019Anivorano Nord. Ce projet s\u2019inscrit dans une strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique r\u00e9gional, qui vise \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger l\u2019origine et la qualit\u00e9 de ces produits gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la d\u00e9signation g\u00e9ographique.<\/p>\n<p>Le MIDSP indique que la demande pour le poivre rouge de Bongolava est d\u00e9j\u00e0 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l\u2019offre, preuve du fort potentiel de ce produit \u00e0 l\u2019exportation.
