Gouvernement, syndicats et patronat en discussion<\/b><\/h2>\n

Selon les pr\u00e9visions de <\/b>Statistics Mauritius<\/b>, le taux d\u2019inflation pour 2025 atteindra 3,7 %, d\u2019apr\u00e8s les derni\u00e8res donn\u00e9es disponibles. Ce chiffre a servi de base aux discussions lors de la r\u00e9union tripartite organis\u00e9e ce 26 novembre \u00e0 Port-Louis, sous la direction du ministre du Travail et des Relations industrielles, Reza Uteem.<\/b><\/p>\n

Autour de la table, repr\u00e9sentants du gouvernement, du secteur priv\u00e9 et des syndicats ont \u00e9chang\u00e9 sur les ajustements salariaux pr\u00e9vus pour 2026.<\/p>\n

Les employeurs ont d\u00e9crit un contexte \u00e9conomique tendu. Plusieurs entreprises rencontrent des difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res et peinent \u00e0 absorber de nouvelles charges. Selon eux, une forte hausse des salaires alourdirait les co\u00fbts de production et menacerait la survie de certaines petites et moyennes structures.<\/p>\n

Les repr\u00e9sentants du patronat redoutent aussi une r\u00e9percussion sur les prix \u00e0 la consommation, qui fragiliserait encore le pouvoir d\u2019achat des m\u00e9nages.<\/p>\n

De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Reza Uteem a rappel\u00e9 les dispositifs inscrits dans le budget 2025\/2026 pour accompagner les PME et soutenir les secteurs tourn\u00e9s vers l\u2019exportation. Le Ministre a encourag\u00e9 un dialogue constructif, capable de pr\u00e9server \u00e0 la fois l\u2019\u00e9quilibre \u00e9conomique et la justice sociale.<\/p>\n

Les syndicats ont, quant \u00e0 eux, insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une compensation juste et adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la hausse du co\u00fbt de la vie. Ces derniers contestent les estimations de Statistics Mauritius<\/i>, jugeant qu\u2019elles ne refl\u00e8tent pas la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du panier de consommation. Certains produits de base connaissent une hausse plus marqu\u00e9e, selon eux. Les repr\u00e9sentants syndicaux demandent une compensation uniforme, accessible \u00e0 tous les travailleurs, y compris ceux dont le salaire d\u00e9passe Rs 50 000 (1 090 USD).<\/b><\/p>\n

Les participants \u00e0 la r\u00e9union disposent d\u00e9sormais d\u2019un d\u00e9lai jusqu\u2019au 1er d\u00e9cembre pour transmettre leurs propositions finales. Apr\u00e8s cette \u00e9tape, les minist\u00e8res du Travail et des Finances analyseront les donn\u00e9es recueillies avant d\u2019organiser une nouvelle concertation.
