Le d\u00e9p\u00f4t du permis de construire interviendra dans les prochains jours, donnant le coup d\u2019envoi officiel du projet.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Le b\u00e2timent s\u2019\u00e9tendra sur plus de 26 000 m\u00b2 r\u00e9partis sur neuf \u00e9tages. Cette structure centralisera toutes les activit\u00e9s du p\u00f4le Femme, Parent, Enfant et remplacera la maternit\u00e9 la plus ancienne de l\u2019\u00eele, jug\u00e9e trop \u00e9troite et d\u00e9pass\u00e9e. Le CHU souhaite offrir aux patients un accueil moderne, humain et de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement dispers\u00e9es sur plusieurs b\u00e2timents anciens, les activit\u00e9s du p\u00f4le souffrent d\u2019une organisation complexe. Les patients naviguent dans diff\u00e9rents services et les \u00e9quipes soignantes subissent une forte charge de travail. Le BFPE regroupera toutes les fonctions dans un m\u00eame lieu. Les chambres, d\u2019une surface de 18 m\u00b2, int\u00e9greront des espaces de vie pour les familles, permettant aux parents d\u2019accompagner leurs enfants hospitalis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Cette infrastructure proposera des services sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s vari\u00e9s. Cette derni\u00e8re accueillera la fili\u00e8re m\u00e9dico-chirurgicale des cardiopathies cong\u00e9nitales de l\u2019Oc\u00e9an Indien (M3C-OI), le centre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les troubles du langage et des apprentissages (CRTLA), le centre de ressources ETCAF, ainsi qu\u2019un futur centre de comp\u00e9tence pour le diab\u00e8te p\u00e9diatrique et un lactarium. Un p\u00f4le d\u2019accouchement physiologique et une unit\u00e9 d\u2019explorations fonctionnelles de grossesse compl\u00e9teront l\u2019offre pour un suivi personnalis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les structures existantes, comme l\u2019unit\u00e9 de chirurgie ambulatoire p\u00e9diatrique, le centre d\u2019\u00e9puration extra-r\u00e9nale pour enfants et les urgences p\u00e9diatriques, subiront une modernisation compl\u00e8te. \u00ab <i>Les travaux d\u00e9buteront en 2026, sans perturber l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins, et l\u2019\u00e9difice s\u2019installera \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du b\u00e2timent des soins critiques sur le parking actuel du CHU.
